Subject: APPEAL AGAINST IMPUGNED ORDER OF FORFEITURE OF
APPROVED SERVICE FOR TWO YEARS AND GRANT OF
SALARY FOR OFF DUTY/L.W.P PERIOD.

R/Sir,

Respectfully with due regards it is submitted that Senior Superintendent

of Police Larkana has imposed major punishment dismissal from service vide order
No. OB/309 dated: 06.11.2017.

That, I preferred an appeal against has impugned order of dismissal

from service before your kind office same was considered by the authority and re-
instated me service by converting major punishment dismissal from service into the
major penalty of forfeiture of approved service for two years vide order No. E-
II/1014-15 dated: 10.10.2018.

GROUNDS:
 That, I was dismissed from service on the allegations on absent from
my duties.

 That, the authority did not served single show cause notice neither
conduct the enquiry nor given single opportunity to explain my position
prior to imposed penalty of dismissal from service.

 That, authority ignored mandatory provision of law prior to imposing

major penalty of dismissal from service, hence such order of dismissal
from service seemed as illegal without justification of law.

 That, I was submitted an appeal to your good office alongwith medical

certificate of my out service period issued by the Dr. Sundam Chand
M.B.B.S, R.M.P.

 That, my appeal was accepted and was re-instated in service but

unfortunately major penalty dismissal from service was converted into
forfeiture of approved service for two years.
 PRAYER
It is therefore, I humbly prayed as under.
1. That, may kindly be considered my in hand appeal merciful and
favourable by setting aside major penalty of forfeiture of approved
service of two years on humanitarian grounds.

2. That, other any relief your honour deem fit may also be awarded in the
interest of justice and humanitarian grounds.

As per above act of kindness I shall pray for your prosperity and dignity.
