SUBJECT: REVISED CONTINGENCY PLAN / POLICE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE

MAINTENANCE OF LAW & ORDER SITUATION ON EVE OF COMBINED
COMPETITVE EXAMINATIONS 2020 CONDUCT BY SINDH PUBLIC SERVICE
COMMISSION TO BE HELD AT GOVT. BOYS DEGREE COLLEGE LARKANO
FROM 10-11-2020 TO 25-11-2020.
INFORMATION
As per letter No.PSC/EXAM:(C:S)/2020/257 dated 13.10.2020 received from Sindh
Public Service Commission Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad, received through Commissioner, Larkano
Division Larkano vide his letter No.0-6-SPSC/EXAM/C.B/2020/-1759 dated. 20.10.2020, copy
received through worthy DIGP Larkano Range vide his office letter No.RIB/-4144-47
dated.20.10.2020, that Sindh Public Service Commission, Thandi Sarak Hyderabad will conduct
Combined Competitive Examination-2020 is to be held at Govt. Boys Degree College Larkano
w.e.f.10.11.2020 to 25.11.2020. The proceedings will start at 0900 hours, in which about (233)
candidates (male/Female) will appear in the examination. Due to gathering, it is expected that
some miscreants may try to exploit the situation by creating Law and order problem.
METHOD
In order to avoid of any untoward incident and to maintain Law and order, the
following Police arrangements are ordered.
SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS AT GOVT. BOYS DEGREE COLLEGE LARKANO DATED 10 TH TO
25TH NOVEMBER-2020
SIP Imdad Ali Shar, SHO PS Rehmatpur will be responsible for the maintenance of
law and order on the occasion. He will be assisted by the following force whom he should deploy
at place of test/interviews and ensure that no untoward incident takes place.

SWEEPING
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Special Branch Larkano is requested to
depute a contingency duly equipped with technical sweeping equipment, who shall reach
maximum (2) hours before the schedule time of starting proceedings shall provide clearance to the
participants at Examination Hall and ensure that no un-authorized material is planted there. He
is also requested to install (1) walk through gate at main entrance of centers and ensure
thoroughly scanning of the candidates / participants in the Exams.
TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
Traffic Sergeant Zone-II Larkano shall make necessary traffic arrangements and keep
smooth flow of the traffic.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The force deployed on duty should report in time and not leave the place of duty without
prior permission of the SSP Larkano or SDI Civil Line.
2. SHO PS Rehmatpur will be responsible for body search of the participants.
3. SHO PS Rehmatpur should keep a strict vigilance on the activities of the miscreants /
trouble makers and he should ensure that no such person is allowed to enter the vicinity of the
place of Exams.
4. SHO PS Rehmatpur should also keep vigilance on the adjacent houses and ensure that
nobody should be allowed to use the same for nefarious activities/designs.
OVERALL INCHARGE
Mr. Miran Khan Durani, SDI Civil Line will supervise the all the Police
arrangements to be made on such occasion.
