Under the umbrella of the DriveRadar® brand, SEW‑EURODRIVE offers intelligent, scal‑
able services that span the entire life cycle of individual products and complex systems
with the aim of significantly increasing their availability. Three functional levels – Smart
Product (drive components), Smart System (system solutions), and Smart Process (system
processes) – deliver digital products and services that can be used to achieve consistent
monitoring and dependable analytics for the maintenance and servicing of drive compo‑
nents, system solutions, and processes.

DriveRadar® is based on Smart Support, which is the technical infrastructure between

local aggregated drive or system data (such as data from an edge computing system) and
higher-level IT systems (SEW cloud, customer cloud, open platform).
