STAND BUILD DAY

Thursday 20th October

On arrival at Olympia please proceed to the main entrance

of the hall where you will need to sign in with security and
you will be given a wristband to enter.
Please contact me on +447741559218 if you need
directions at this point, but it will be well signposted for
exhibitors.

What to wear…
o High visibility jacket to be worn at all times (supplied)
o Shoes/boots which are safe and have thick soles
o Comfortable clothing which you don’t mind getting dusty
o Warm clothing

What to do…
o We will be building all the products for display and
merchandising each dept with printed guidelines
o Arrival from 10am onwards.

SHOW DAYS
FRIDAY – SUNDAY

What to wear…
o Black or navy smart wear.
o White shirt/blouse and black or navy trousers/skirt or dress.
o Smart shoes.
o A Stokke pin (supplied).

Where to keep personal belongings…

o There is a storage room on the stand, where coats and small bags can be
held whilst working.
When/where to get refreshments…
o There are a number of cafes inside the venue.
o We will have water and snacks inside the storage room.
o Kindly ensure that we have enough representatives on the stand before
leaving to take a break.

Please be present on the stand from 9.15am each day, when we will have a team
brief and can offer any product trainings required.
On the Sunday, we will stay until approx. 8pm to tidy all of our displays into
storage for future shows. Please stay and help if you can.

Rooms are reserved under individual names, for an

executive double room with English breakfast included

Directions to the hotel can be found in a separate

attachment to the email.

The hotel is located half a mile from Olympia.

It is also a short walk from Shepherd’s Bush station

where the London Overground can take you to
Kensington Olympia in 3 minutes.
