B.Tech Project: Worked on light weight concrete using EPS Beads
Description
Light weight concrete plays an prominent role in reducing the density of concrete structures where reduction of self weight is
an important factor. We developed a new structural light weight concrete by replacing coarse aggregate in concrete by
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) beads by .05%,.1%,.2%,0.3 and so on. The properties of conventional concrete are compared
with properties of light weight concrete.

• Accompanied the supervision work for construction of a G+12 building with engineer in charge.
• Directly involved in the supervision of reinforcement detailing for beam, column and slab.
