My Daily Routine

In the morning, I wake up by the sound of the alarm and stretch my eyes, then, i
check my social networks for a few minutes and get out of my bed. Next, i walk
to the kitchen and drink some wáter to refresh the throat while I prepare my
breakfast. After eating I brush my teeth and go to the bathroom to take a
shower, so I go back to my room and select the clothes I will wear for the day.
Then I review the tasks I have pending and i prepare to do them. After a few
hours I go back to the kitchen to start making lunch for my family and that's how
my morning ends.

In the afternoon, i usually after my lunch take a nap about forty-five (45)
minutes, then i wake up and I watch series while i eat some chips or candys,
after that I'm going outside for a walk with my pet for fifteen (15) minutes, her
name is Vania and she´s a pug. Sometimes i like to do exercises inside my
house follow the youtube’s videos or Instagram’s routines. The workout helps
me relax and forget bad thoughts for a moment. After finishing my routine I wait
for a few minutes to regulate my breathing and stretch my body, then I'm going
to cook dinner because I end up very hungry and finally I take a bath.

In the night, i often lock myself in my room to listen to music while talking on the
phone with my Friends, sometimes I go to the store near the house and buy
milk and oreos, it's my favorite snack and sweets helps me to sleep. After
entertaining myself enough I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and face with
my special soap and use my sleeper pajamas. Already inside the bed I set the
alarm for the next day and I stay thirty (30) minutes watching some tik toks
while sleep overcomes me. So, that's how my daily routine ends.
