All Tuboscope "TK®" coating mixtures of various components are proprietary trade secrets. Pursuant to 29CFR 1910.1200 (d)(5)(ii), a mixture which has not been tested
as a whole to determine whether the mixture is a health hazard will be assumed to present the same health hazards as do its components which comprise one percent (1%) or
greater, by weight or volume, of the mixture. The mixture, if it has not been tested as a whole, shall be presumed to present a carcinogenic hazard if it contains a component
in concentrations of greater than one-tenth of one percent (0.1%) or greater which is considered to be a carcinogen. "TK®" coatings have not been so tested as a whole and,
thus, because of characteristics of some of their components, the mixture as a whole must be considered a health hazard or a carcinogenic hazard.

Health Hazards:
Swallowing: Toxic. May cause severe irritation of the mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach; with pain in the throat, chest,
and abdomen; with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, dizziness, faintness, drowsiness, decreased
awareness and responsiveness, euphoria, abdominal discomfort, staggering gait, lack of coordination, thirst,
dark discoloration of urine, circulatory collapse, convulsions, coma, and death from respiratory failure. May
cause liver and kidney damage.
Skin Absorption: Short periods of contact will not produce adverse effects. Prolonged exposure for a period of several hours
may result in absorption of potentially harmful amounts of material, producing essentially the same effects as
for swallowing.
Inhalation: May cause respiratory system irritation, experienced as burning sensation of eyes, nose, and throat, with chest
discomfort, sneezing, coughing, nausea, dizziness, faintness, drowsiness, vomiting, collapse, coma,
convulsions, cyanosis, and lung injury with possible pulmonary edema.
Skin Contact: May cause pain and irritation, with possible skin burns and penetrating ulcers of mucous membranes. Marked
dermatitis, seen as excess redness and swelling, may result.
Eye Contact: Vapor may cause severe pain with excess tear production, blinking, and excess redness and marked swelling of
the conjunctiva. Liquid causes severe pain with conjunctival irritation, seen as marked excess redness and
swelling of the conjunctiva, with possible corneal injury and iritis.
Repeated excessive exposure may result in changes in red blood cells and damage to central nervous system, kidneys, lungs, or liver.
Reports have associated repeated or prolonged occupational exposure to solvents with permanent brain and central nervous system
damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.
Skin: Remove and wash contaminated clothing and flush skin thoroughly.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give artificial respiration if not breathing. Oxygen may be given by qualified personnel
if breathing is difficult. Obtain medical attention.
Eyes: Immediately flush eyes thoroughly with water and continue washing for at least 15 minutes. Obtain medical
attention, preferably from an ophthalmologist, urgently.
