This Judicial Affidavit of Enelra L. Uchiha is executed to serve her direct

testimony in the instant case.

That the lawyer who conducts/supervises the examination of the plaintiff is

Atty. Lina Yap and said examination was conducted at Legazpi City.

That the questions asked to Ms. Uchiha were in English and her
corresponding answers to wit:

Question 1 (Q1): Can you please state your name and other personal
circumstances?

Answer 1(A1): I am Romy A. Nabas, 35 years of age, Filipino, single, and a

resident of Brgy 3., Ems Barrio, Legazpi City;

Q2: This case involves an Unlawful Detainer that the plaintiff Batungbacal filed
against ENELRA L. UCHIHA. Do you have personal knowledge about this case?

A2 : No.
Q3 : Do you know the defendant of this case?

A3 : Yes.

Q4 : What do you know about the defendant?

A4 : The name of the defendant is Ms. Enelra L. Uchiha. She is one of my

workmates.

Q5 : Can you give the details of your work and how you met the defendant?

A5 : I was hired for a project employment in Cebu. I met Enelra when the
company gathered us newly-hired employees for an orientation here in Legazpi
and were both sent to Cebu for training.

Q6 : When did you leave for the said training?

A6 : August 29, 2022

Q7: Were you on the same flight with the defendant when you went to Cebu?

A8: Yes

Q9: How many months/weeks was your training?

A9 : Two weeks. Starting September 1, 2022.

Q10 : So in these 2 weeks, you were with the defendant in Cebu?

A10 : Yes.

Q11 : Do you affirm that you only say the truth in this case based on your
personal knowledge and authentic records?

A11 : I do.

Q12 : Will you sign this Judicial Affidavit?
