This PD session focused on the What, What, How model (impact training). Ran by David Kelly
who has over 30 years experience working with disadvantaged and vulnerable communities. The
PD focused on the key concerns of the school and what can be implemented to support the
students learning and wellbeing. Staff then formed CoOP groups to choose a sub area to
research, investigate and then report back to the school community. Working with colleagues to
discuss students needs in the learning environment.

My group looked at how we can use the 3rd teacher space to create a safe and engaging
learning environment. I also listened to other groups that researched student wellbeing,
implementing assessment tasks and diverse teaching strategies.
