Respected Parents.

Please go through the following schedule of the school from 23/10/22(Sunday) to 31/10/22(Monday)
and do the needful accordingly for your ward(s).

1. The school will remain closed from 23/10/22 to 26/10/22 and no children/parents will visit
school for any purpose. On 23/10/22 (Sunday), 24/10/22 (Diwali), 25/10/22 (Govardhan puja)
and 26/10/22(Bhai Duj).
2. The classes from Class 1 to class 8 will be suspended from 27/10/22(Thursday) to
29/10/22(Saturday) on account of cluster level RASHTRIYA EKTA PARV (27/10/2022 to
28/10/2022) and Cluster Level National Children Science Congress (29/10/2022).
3. The classes of Class X, XI and XII will continue at its usual time (7:20am to 1:40pm) from 27th
October, 2022 to 29th October, 2022.
4. Class IX along with Class X, XI and XII will continue at its usual time (7:20am to 1:40pm) on 29th
October, 2022.
5. The school will remain closed on 30th October, 2022 due to Sunday.
6. All the classes will be held on 31st October, 2022 from Class I to XII for Half Day (7:20am to
10:30am) being the last working day of the month.
7. Progress Report card will be distributed to the students of Class III to VIII on 31st October, 2022
(Monday)
8. Any information received will be communicated at the earliest.
