6) Seller responsibilities
i) Responsible on machine quality and efficiency are meet client requirements
ii) Responsible provide machine operating training to client during machine inspection in seller factory
iii) Responsible machine delivery in good condition to port requested by client
iv) Responsible return raw materials or tested assemble parts to client

7) Client responsibilities
Deliver 5000 sets of unselected plastic parts to seller after aknowledge of sales and purchase agreement.
If machine performance is interrupted due to plastic parts problem, client has responsible to change or
modify problematic plastic parts in order to suite for machine processes.
After completion of machice fabrication, client has responsible to deliver 10000 sets of unselected plastic parts
for machine trial run.
8) Machine quality Anssurance (Seller)
i)Responsible to ensure machine design and fabrication is according client requisitions.
ii)Responsible to ensure machine parts and components use are all in new and origin from manufacturer.
iii)Provide two years warranty of wear and tear mechanical parts,design and assembly problem.
(count from machine receiving date).
iv)Provide technical support to client in anytime when necessary( all charges to be responsible by client after
warrantly period).
v) In case of natural disaster such as earthquake，fire and other nature disaster, the cost is due to the buyer.
