Evidence: The doctor told me

Read the following dialogue. Then, write a text reporting it, do not forget to keep
in mind the way to report instructions and requests. The first sentence is done
as an example.

You: Help please, anybody help me!

Doctor: Calm down. What’s the problem?
You: I can’t breathe.
Doctor: Lay down on the bed. Nurse some oxygen over here.
Nurse: Right away doctor.
Doctor: Do you have any other difficulties besides breathing?
You: I can’t help scratching the rush on my back.
Doctor: I see. Nurse, epinephrine shot. Quick!
Nurse: Here you are doctor.
Doctor: Relax and try to breathe. I am going to put you an epinephrine
shot.
You: (few minutes later) I can breathe! Sorry I freaked out. I panicked as
soon as I experienced difficulty in breathing.
Doctor: That’s absolutely normal. You had an anaphylactic shock.
You: I see, but I have never been allergic to anything doc, Why now?
Doctor: Anyone can develop an allergy out of the blue. Have you been in
contact with animals, nuts, seafood or the like?
You: Not that I remem… wait a sec. I started yesterday as a groomer!
Doctor: well, that must have been the trigger. We’ll have to get some
exams to determine the nature of your allergy. Meanwhile stay away from
animals.
You: Well, I guess I have to find a new job, then. Thanks doc.
 SOLUTION EVIDENCE: THE DOCTOR TOLD ME

User: Hello! Someone help me please! I bring a wounded.

Nurse: what happened to the patient?
User: My friend had a terrible accident last night, in the middle of the party. A riot
broke out and someone started throwing bottles. One of them fell on Juan's head
and caused a lump and a lot of bleeding. I think when he saw the blood he
fainted.
Nurse: And what is your name? What are you to the patient? Why didn't a
relative of his come?
User: John, are you okay? Do you remember me and what happened last night?
You don't know who and why I hit you with that base plate?
Juan: Well, the truth is, I don't remember anything. I only know that I was
dancing with my girlfriend and when we least thought it was that there was a
hubbub and in those I felt that they hit me with a bottle in the head.
Nurse: I'm going to take your blood pressure, and I'll open your medical record
while the doctor arrives to check it out.
User: The doctor came and the doctor says me, he commanded me to keep
calm, I’m here, what´s your problem? I told him; I can’t breathe; now I am very
well.
Doctor: Hello, good evening, I'm Dr. Enrique. I see that you have a blow to the
head with a lot of bleeding, I will inject you with epinephrine, to see if you are
allergic to any medication. Then I'll order some tests, a blood count and a simple
cranial CT scan, to see if you have any bruises.
Doctor. Nurse, the patient has a lot of bleeding in the left occipital region, please
do the respective cleaning, and then suture the wound, but first clean the wound
with Isodine and after the tomography comes out, sell his head.
User: Thank you doctor. And how is the patient, I am his friend, the one who
brought him to the hospital and I have taken responsibility for him.
Doctor: Well, first let's wait for the results of the tests to give a first diagnosis
and then we'll see what we order him, meanwhile, I ordered him to be
hospitalized and assigned a stretcher, so he can rest.
User: Really? And is it something bad that you have? It is that yesterday he was
unconscious when he received the blow to the head. I tried to calm down, I took
off my tight clothes and proceeded to clear the area where I was, so that I could
breathe and react.
Doctor: Calm down friend, the most dangerous thing is over, at least you've
recovered your senses and located yourself in time and space, you're starting to
remember everything as things happened.
Doctor: Nurse, have the results of the exams arrived, have they sent the result
of the tomography to my computer yet?
Nurse: No doctor, it takes a while, what happens is that the emergency room
and the ICU are saturated. This weekend, too many patients were admitted,
almost all of them due to balls in the street, there are many injured, some more
serious than others, who require priority attention, because they must undergo
surgery.
 Juan: Hello friend, how are you? I thank you very much for bringing me
immediately to the hospital. If it hadn't been for you, who knows if I was telling the
tale. After I received the bottle, I lost consciousness and since then I don't
remember anything else, until now that I feel a little better.
User: Calm down, don't worry, I think you would have done the same for me, if I
had been the injured one.
Doctor: Well friend, it seems that everything turned out well, the CT scan showed
nothing more than a bump and no evidence of blood clots or anything like that that
warrants further tests. I'm going to discharge you. But first, I'll prescribe some
medications for you to take every 8 or 12 hours, depending on how you feel. I'm
going to sign out.
User: Thank you doctor. It is you, very kind. All the staff were very aware of the
condition and evolution of my friend Juan.
Doctor: You're welcome, it's my job. But I do recommend you to be more careful
when you are in meetings or parties. People after they have had a few drinks, lose
their minds and become intolerable to anything and that is why accidents are
formed.
