IusedthreedaystoobserveP5andtwodaystoobserveP3on1stNovember2021Istarte
dteaching.Thisschoolhadacultureofassessinglearnersattheendofeachunit.
2.1PlanningandTeaching

2.1.1Planning

Mylessonswerepreparedverywellbecausethestructureofmylessonswascharacter
izedbyadministrativeinformationsuchastopic,subtopic,teachingandlearningaids
,specificobjectives,introductionorreviewandreferencesinothertomakemylesson
veryunderstandableforthelearners.
Inthisprocessofplanninglessons,thementoroftheschoolwastheonetoexplainhowt
heschoolworkandwastheonetoencouragemetouseEnglishanduseclearvocabular
yinplanninglessonssothatitwillbeeasyforanyonetoreadthem.So,mycollaboration
withthementorwasverygoodduringschoolattachment.
ThefollowingareimportantlessonsIhaveleantfromdifferentlessonspreparations,

Theteachingprocessiswonderfulworkwhenyoudoitwithkindnessandlovelyforap
plyingthoseconditions,mylessonsweredeliveredbecauseoftheselessons.Itwaseas
yformetofindteachingaids;myclassroomswereactiveeventhecollaborationwithm
ylearnersweregood.Theselessonsbroughtagoodlearningenvironment.Generally,
theteachingprocesswentwell.

So,inthisprocessthementorhadplayedagreatroleofhelpingmetoadapttothelearner
sandalsohadencouragedmetocheckalwaysthedisciplineofthelearners.
Thefollowingaretheproblemsasmyclasseshadspecialeducationalneeds.Onelearn
erhadvisualimpairment,butboththoselearnerswerenottotallyaffectedbythosepro
blemsandhadlittlercapacityofadaptingtoenvironmentthatiswhyitwaseasyformet
oapplySalamancastatementtohelpthem.

ToteachHowtousetelephoneforlowerprimaryandadditionandsubtractionofinteg
ersarethelessonsthatIperfectlydeliveredwellbecauseIhadenoughteachingandlear
ningaids.Additionally,allofthoseobjectivessaidabovehavetotallybeenachieved.

Therearemanytopicswhichwerediscussedinthatmeetingrelatedtoschoolmember
sandschoolprogramsactivities.Theyfoundsomeproblemsandtriedtosolvethemas
possibleastheycan.

IcontributedtoschoolbasedITOREROandinsupportespeciallyfootballandothera
ctivitieshappenedintheschool.

Theproblemsanddifficultiesencounteredduringmyschoolattachmenta
tGSNyamiramaarethefollowing:
• Itwasdifficulttointeractwithotherteachersbecausemostofthemthoughtmein
myprimaryschool.
• Itwasnoteasytofindenoughteaching/learningaidsatschool
• ItwasdifficulttocoverthecontentduetothetestswhichweregivenonFriday.Thi
sledmetolosesomeperiod.
• Itwasnoteasytoteachlearnerswithdisabilitiessuchasthosewhohavehyperacti
vity.
• Itwasdifficulttomanagelearnersduringthelessonswhichtookplaceoutofthecl
assroomduetothelevelofstudent.

ThefollowingweresomeofthesolutionsthatIappliedtosolvetheaboveproblem
sanddifficultiesthatfaced:
