EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
- A's Clothing Boutiques in today's era. Clothing is one of the necessities people
want to collect to satisfy themselves, especially the young people called this
millennial generation. One of the reasons I created this business or these products
is to help people boost their self-confidence to try different clothing types. My
store has advantages first to potential customers. That will make them satisfied
with the quality of the product. Second, they will gain self-confidence when they
try it. We are all familiar with the word clothing. Still, my clothing products are
different from ordinary clothes because you can find different types of clothes
suitable for teenagers, children, and senior citizens in short it is suitable for all
ages.

- And the actual location of my business where customers will come back is in Sta
Cruz Laguna. The estimated cost of my family and I for the product I will make is
almost ₱5,000,000 in total. I will also use promoting my business using posting it
on other social media accounts.
SITUATION ANALYSIS
 INTRODUCTION & SELF- ANALYSIS
- I am Angelica Niña V. Custodio, a grade 12 student taking an ABM course at
Marcelino Fule Memorial College. As an ABM student, it is not easy to study
ABM because you will experience sleep late at night due to the activities, exams,
quizzes, etc., that need to be pass due to stressful schedule and tired brain and
body. I believe that every teenager deserves to treat themselves in a clothing
boutique. What comes into your mind when you hear the world of clothing? We
are all familiar with the word clothing or clothes but let me introduce to you what
clothing is. A's Clothing Boutiques is a unique store built by an owner inspired by
the different clothing styles. She promised herself that when she becomes
successful, she will do her own clothing business. As I say, my clothing boutique
is unique because you will be successful in the products and the clothes' quality.
 PRODUCT

 TARGET MARKET
- Our target market for A's clothing boutiques are the workers or the students
of Sta. Cruz Laguna and it’s suitable for all ages of women and to those who
love unique styles of clothes.

 DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
- A's clothing boutiques is a small business just starting, so we chose direct
distribution because, like our boutiques that are just beginning, it's better for
them to get to know us and trust us. After all, we guide them and introduce
our product.

 COMPETIRORS
- We all know that there are many clothing boutiques in the Philippines. Still,
not all of them are advancing like that. Others do not continue because there
are many competitors. Still, there is healthy competition for every clothing
business in some cases because every clothing business has different
strategies and capabilities among products.

 SWOT ANALYSIS

 STRENGTH
- Wear stores can produce significant gross margins from women's, and
children's clothing, despite their sales fluctuating. Depending on the target
clientele, most clothing stores can stay profitable or close to breakeven
through economic downturns.
- Depending on the type of apparel sold, a clothing store's gross income and
gross margins range from 50 percent to 70 percent.
- The most important thing for these companies is to ensure that they have
enough cash on hand when they begin to turn a profit. One of the most
significant advantages of a clothing store is that there are many ways to
increase sales.
 WEAKNESSES
- Competition in the clothing industry is fiercer than in most other sectors. It is
exceedingly difficult for a new clothing store to stay viable if it does not carry
the most up-to-date brand names. On the other hand, some apparel stores
concentrate on lower-quality but more inexpensive clothing to raise sales by
volume rather than higher gross margins. As a result, it is critical for an
entrepreneur to precisely detail how they plan to market their clothing store to
the general public to boost sales from the start. Since it must find a visible
location, retail clothing stores have incredibly high operating costs.

 OPPORTUNITIES
- Aside from opening new retail stores, the best way to maximize a clothing
store's sales is to establish a broad online presence. This includes sales
profiles on prominent third-party websites as well as a standalone website.
This enables independent clothing stores to sell their inventory.

 THREATS
- Aside from the current competitive issues that clothing stores face, little will
affect how these types of retail stores operate. However, to build a loyal
consumer base, a retailer needs to maintain an extensive marketing strategy.

 ANALYSIS OF THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

- My business will be located in Sta. Cruz Laguna and the possible customers
are the workers and the students. Still, it's also suitable for all ages of women.
My competitive advantages are that it is more unique than the other
marketplace or other boutiques. My customers will benefit from my products
by satisfying themselves because of their quality, and they can choose well.

 PERSONAL PROMOTION
- My staff and I will promote my business by posting it on our other social
media accounts. Since everyone is on social media, our administrator would
build several accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms
to speed up our promotion. Because everyone is on social media, we figured
we'd advertise on social media because it's easier to ensure many people see
it. Another upgrade we will do is at the opening of our business or boutiques.
We will distribute flyers. We will also provide customer service so that if
there are customers who have a problem with their order, it will be fixed
immediately.

 NON-PERSONAL PROMOTION
- As an owner of a small business just starting, I will appeal to the public using
contacting customers about suitable treatment cases. As I said, my business is
just starting, so I should show them good to encourage them to visit my store.

 PERFORMANCE AND IMPLEMENTATION
- As an owner of this boutique, I will look as my marketers if our treatment of
them is okay, especially their products. As a marketer in a new boutique or in
a store that is just starting, established, and expected, I give them a good
treatment for the customer because that's one thing that customers or
consumers like, they know how to get along with their customers. When I see
that the treatments I want for their customers, next are their products if they
have any good. quality of product, and if they have it now, I will make sure
that their business will be successful.

 EVALUATION AND CONTROL SECTION

- As an owner of boutiques, I will always check and conduct a piece of
information to our consumer what can they say to our store if it is a positive
comment or a negative comment. If it is a negative comment, I will still take
it upbeat, and we will do our best to make it better our organization to make
our customers even happier.
