Summary: Job Description

As Training and Operations Manager, you improve the profitable sales growth through the creation and execution of all
procurement plans and to guarantee that all partners branded receive related training programs, initiatives and
standard operating procedures of the company. You're the expert on the operating procedures of Old Navy, human
processes and product knowledge. You are responsible for creating a culture of commitment and high performance in
our brand partners through training and continuous development.

As leader of Old Navy, your priority is to contribute to the success of your store, this means, you are not only to fulfill
commercial operations and training process, also you must be an example of the conducts of leadership and fulfill the
leader's function of sales and services. As a leading sales and service, you get your results in hourly segments, you
control the key performance indicators and you promote brand loyalty through your team leadership. You are prepared
and are insistent and responsible, as defined in the Leading program of sales and service. You also create a culture of
commitment and high performance through consulting, management and development of brand partners. You demand
them to take responsibility to be prepared and be accessible and insistent, as established in the standards of Old Navy.
You give priority to the work with base in the operational needs and in the approach of the company.

 Brand Partners are trained, they demonstrate and are responsible for implementing all the initiatives of the
company and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
 Have at least 18 years old.
 It is preferred to have a professional degree or equivalent work experience
 3 or 5 years of experience in retail stores and visual placement.

 Must have the ability to function in the sales and back office, working with cleaning chemicals or near them, and
lifting or carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
 Must have the ability to work with flexible scheduling (and be available to travel) in order to adapt to the needs
of business, for example, at night, all night and on weekends.
