Have examined and processed with the ascertainment of the completion and temporary
acceptance of the above project. The date for date for final acceptance will be July 2, 2020 after
thorough investigation of the works in all its parts excepting invisible latent defects; we declare
that it was executed in accordance with the drawing and the specification in acceptable manner.

We witness thereof, we have written and signed this temporary acceptance of which one copy is
to be issued to the contractor for all practical purposes after due approval.
