This letter is to serve as a quotation for the consulting services to be provided for the detail Structural design
drawing for the Construction of Warehouse at Thankot, Kathmandu. The project services and deliverables to be provided
are:

- Site visit
- Steel Structural Analysis and detail drawings of proposed 3 stories building of 340’ x 140’ = 47600 sq.ft. (Ground
Area

Total area = 47600 x 3 = 142800 sq.ft

- Cost Estimation of the proposed building.

We want to quote NRs. 7 per sq.ft. for Steel Structural Analysis of Building. The total quoted amount will be 142,800 x 7
= NRs. 9,99,600.00 (exclusive of all applicable taxes).
