systemThe modern stage of using information and communication technologies is
being carried out in various ways. Higher education institutions, whose main focus is
teacher training, pay special attention to the introduction of educational programs
aimed at perfecting the use of information and communication technologies, in
particular, virtual technologies, constantly improving their professional level, and
ensuring compliance with the development trends of the modern information society.
In the world, practical research is being conducted on the development of the
competence of teachers regarding virtual technologies, the introduction of indirect
forms of professional development, the improvement of its content related to
professional activity, and the development of effective virtual education mechanisms.
Currently, the issue of improvement of training mechanisms aimed at developing the
competence of pedagogic staff to use information communication and innovative
technologies based on the world Internet information network, electronic educational
resources and distance learning methods, and their application to the educational
process is urgent.
Systematic reforms are being carried out in our country to modernize the
national education system based on the requirements of the times, to educate young
people as possessors of high knowledge and enlightenment, to increase the prestige of
teaching staff of educational institutions, and to create the necessary conditions for
their effective operation. In the period of new development of Uzbekistan, the main
directions of further development of the fields of education and science are
"improving the system of professional development of pedagogues based on the
principle of "lifelong learning", further development of electronic resources and
distance education, introduction of highly effective international practices into the
education system." such tasks are defined1. In this regard, it is important to clarify the
descriptive essence of informational competence in the field of virtual technologies,
to describe the content of its components and levels of formation, to improve the
didactic system of developing informational competence of teachers in the field of
virtual technologies in the process of distance education.

legal documents related to this activity.
Compliance of the research with the main priorities of the republic's
science and technology development.This research work was carried out in
accordance with the priority direction of the republican science and technology
development I. "Formation of the system of innovative ideas and ways of their
implementation in the social, legal, economic, cultural, spiritual and educational
development of the information society and the democratic state".

In these works, the content of updating the methodology and methodology of
teaching information technologies in professional training institutions and preparing
information and communication technologies for use in professional pedagogical
activities, the formation of modern teachers, and the use of unique methods to
increase its effectiveness are envisaged.
Acquaintance with the content of the studied theoretical sources, study and
analysis of the activities of professional training institutions, the urgency of the
problem of increasing and improving the quality of professional training of
pedagogues, the lack of scientific justification of the introduction of the virtual
education system into the educational process of modern information and
communication technology professional training institutions in the conditions of our
republic, and pedagogically not fully researched indicated the need for research.
The connection of the research with the research plans of the higher
education institution where the dissertation is being carried out.Dissertation
research was carried out within the framework of the Samarkand State University
scientific-research work plan No. SPed-01 "Modern strategies of continuous
education development".

The purpose of the studyis to develop practical and didactic methods related
to the development of informational competence in the field of virtual technologies in
the remote organization of teacher training.
Tasks of research:
to clarify the descriptive nature of information competence in the field of
virtual technologies;
to describe the content of the components of the informational competence of
teachers in the field of virtual technologies and the levels of their formation;
to reveal the possibilities of distance education in the development of
informational competence of teachers in the field of virtual technologies;
improvement of didactic system of development of informational competence
of teachers in the field of virtual technologies during distance education.
The object of the studyas the process of improving the qualifications of
teachers in terms of developing their informational competence in the field of virtual
technologies.
The subject of research- the content, form, methods and means of developing
the informational competence of teachers in the field of virtual technologies in the
process of distance education.
Research methods.Studying and theoretical analysis of philosophical,
psychological-pedagogical, methodical literature, electronic educational resources on
the problem during the research; methodical training of future teachers, analysis of
educational standards, training programs, training manuals for improving the
qualifications of teachers; survey and test; testing; interviews with teachers, students,
administrators of educational institutions teaching in pedagogic fields; the progress of
the educational process, monitoring of teachers' and students' activities; examination
of e-learning content; scientific research methods such as mathematical and statistical
analysis of the content and content of the web-portfolio of teachers and students and
the results were used.
Scientific novelty of the researchconsists of:
in the development of the informational competence of teachers in the field of
virtual technologies, the possibilities of distance education are expanded based on the
creation of a matrix of basic competencies (content components, diagnostic

system consisting of forms, methods and tools that allow effective professional
development of teachers (technological support, forms of educational activities,

Practical results of the researchconsists of:
exchange of information in electronic form in the implementation of teachers'
qualifications through distance education, providing them with information and
educational resources by placing them on the network, using thempedagogical ways

a didactic model of teacher professional development in the virtual educational
environment was developed;
electronic manual for the purpose of developing the informational competence
of teachers of secondary schools in the field of virtual technologies in the process of

an electronic guide was created to develop the information competence of
teachers in the field of virtual technologies, which is currently being used directly in
practice.

work that corresponds to the goals, tasks and conditions of learning; recording and
formative experimental work; testing of research results; experimental data are
explained by sample sizes and significant gains.
Scientific and practical significance of research results.The scientific value of
the research is that it contributes to the theory and didactics of professional
pedagogical education in a certain sense. He specified the essence of the teacher's
informational competence in the field of virtual technologies as an integrative-
professional-personal characteristic, as well as his readiness and ability to
independently use ICT in his professional activities; The components of the teacher's
informational competence in the field of virtual technologies and the level of their
formation are determined and explained by the possibility of using them in the work
carried out from the point of view of methodology.
The practical significance of the research is that the modular distance learning
course "Formation of information competence in the field of virtual technologies in
the activities of teachers" was developed and tested. Diagnostic materials were
prepared for certification of teachers and assessment of ICT competence. The
proposed didactic-methodical approaches can be used in the training of students of
pedagogic specialties of higher educational institutions. At the same time, it is
explained that the modular distance learning course "Formation of informational

competence in the field of virtual technologies in the activities of teachers" can be
used in the process of improving the quality of education.
Implementation of research results.Based on the results of the research on the
formation of information competence in the field of virtual technologies in the
activities of teachers:

Pedagogical University). As a result, it was possible to clarify the descriptive nature
of information competence in the field of virtual technologies;

Approval of research results.The research results were discussed at 2
international and 4 national scientific-practical conferences.
Publication of research results.A total of 15 scientific works have been
published on the topic of the dissertation, including 6 in the journals under the control
of the National Academy of Sciences, 4 in the republican journals, and 1 article in a
foreign journal.
The structure and scope of the dissertation.Dissertation work consists of
introduction, 3 chapters, 144 pages of text, conclusion, list of used literature and
appendices.
