REACTION PAPER

Through the two video that I have watched, it tells us that we are living in a world with ability to
move in all three dimensions that is essential for our bodies. Overcompensation can result from
limited range of motion and instability in a single joint. Chronic pain and damage might result
from these different movement patterns. You may lower your risk of injury and increase your
chances of reaching your fitness (and life) goals by improving three-dimensional mobility. Every
physical activity we performed can be linked to motions we all make in our daily lives. Every
day, we all squat, lunge, bend, and twist. By Imagining each of those plates as a track of our
body moves, that are similar to a monorail. A movement can be described as primarily in one
plane of motion if it appears to track mostly along one plate over the others.

In the physiologic motion of our body, while watching the video the spine is in neutral,
sidebending to one side will be accompanied by horizontal rotation to the opposite side. The
video is trying to tell us on how the planes work in our body and through the anatomical terms
it explained every motion of our body well. While listening through the video, I've seen that it
also shows me the internal motion of our body on how it works and how it moves through the
physical activity that we do. The sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes are the three planes of
motion. The Sagittal Plane divides the body into two halves, left and right. Forward and
backward motions are possible. The frontal plane divides the body into two halves: front and
back. In addition, the hips move back and forth, staying in accordance with the sagittal plane's
track.
