Evaluation is an integral part of teaching since it informs whether or not

educational objectives are being met. It involves assessment as learning;
if this assessment is utilized, students will be able to comprehend their
own abilities. Self-assessment enables students to evaluate their
learning process and outcomes based on criteria they and their
instructor have established. Teachers, on the other hand, are the engine
of support that will encourage students to acquire the abilities necessary
for this form of evaluation. Students should have the ability to evaluate
themselves and their peers in order to motivate them. The students
required this type of evaluation because, when we go deeper into their
perspectives, we find that they learn more when they analyze
themselves. They have the freedom to do self-evaluations in order to
evaluate areas of their identity that are significant. This assessment may
not be the primary emphasis for me, but it is what helps students
operate and makes learning simpler. Finally, teachers must allow pupils
to acquire skills and abilities on their own, fostering independence.
