face inspection, bolt tightening, valve installation, orifice flange installation as per ARAMCO
standards.
Monitoring and supervise of all piping and test packs activities i:e RFI submitting/upload in QMIS
as per Saudi Aramco standards/ SATIP
Monitoring and supervise of Review and testing of underground RTR/CPVC/PVC and above ground
test packages as per required SAES and SAEP
Monitoring and supervise of all steam tracing installation and testing/ pneumatic test activities as
per specification

Job Responsibilities:-
Surveillance over adhesive bonding/lamination joints and Key Lock as per FPI Procedure.
Witnessing of hydro testing as per vendor procedure.
Witnessing of PQR & Bonder Qualification as per vendor procedure.
Reviewing of all BPS & lamination procedure.
Preparation of all inspection reports of FRP/GRE piping & Review of test packages and
review of all related reports.
Ensure All Welding/Piping Activities Are Performed In Accordance With Relevant ITP Codes
Standards And Project Specifications
Inspection and Monitoring Fabrication, Welding and NDT Activities as Per Relevant Procedures and
Standards.
Line Checking Of Pipes Punch Listing And Monitoring The Punch Activities And Release Test
Packs Prior To Hydro-Test And Pneumatic Tests.
Witnessing Hydro/Pneumatic Testing Of Pipes and Pneumatic Test of Reinforcement Pads.
Inspection, Witness and Monitoring Of Hot Taping and Tie-In Activities of Existing Live Lines.
Surveillance Inspection in the Store to Ensure the Proper Implementation of Consumable Storage
System.
Preparation of Non-Conformance Reports, Resolution and Implementation of Corrective Actions.
