Blended Learning goal: By the end of Term 2, my 11MAG class will be actively engaging with content

in a blended learning format. (APST standard 2.2)

Actions:

- During Term 1 - Set up OneNote & Education Perfect platforms. (Transfer notes, slides,
worksheets, homework to OneNote. Have tasks ready to be set on EP)

- End of Term 1 - Instruct students how to access and use these platforms, both in class and at
home. Have holiday homework set on these platforms.

- During Term 2 - Begin using the ICT platforms in more routine fashion in class/setting
tasks/homework/etc. Track student engagement & student progress with platforms.

Indicators of success:

- Students will be engaging with content using online platforms, both in class and at home (this
will be monitored).

- Students will be more self-directed as they become more familiar with use of ICT for Maths.

- Students will have better understanding of content


NASOT goal: I will incorporate physical movement more often with my Year 9s. (APST Standard 2.2,
DQ7 element 25)

Actions:

- Plan which lessons would be most suited for incorporating physical movement
- Design relevant activities to incorporate physical movement into these lessons.
- Reflect & refine lessons for future

Indicators of success:

- Students will be more engaged with lessons


- Students will be moving around the room in a productive manner
- Students will be working collaboratively
Personal goal: I will differentiate to better cater for the low-level and high-level students within my
Year 9 classes. (APST standard 1.5)

Actions:

- Identify different levels of achievement for each topic’s learning objectives.


- Design meaningful activities to help low-level students overcome barriers, and to help enrich
high-level students.
- Implement activities in classroom.
- Set up a system so this becomes automated.

Indicators of success:

- Students will all be working


- Students will achieve success at their own level
- Students will notice improvement of their own understanding
- Students will become more self-directed learners.
