The primary function of cladding is to resolve the inner terrain of a structure from the
outside in such a way that the out-of-door terrain won't affect the indoors. It's also useful
for regulating the light penetration and controlling the radiation and conduction of heat
from the sun and prevents innards from getting faded and dull. also, shades and louvered
panels allow for reflected light to enter the structure that enhance the comfort.

Considering Indian climatic conditions, one need to choose cladding having following
parcels

(I) RESISTANCE TO EROSION Cladding accoutrements shall have high erosion resistance
like aluminum, sword and they should be duly treated with hot dip galvanizing and epoxy
resin or PU makeup.

(ii0 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE The cleaning cycle of the external structure
envelope should be caught on while opting cladding. Select material which will attract
lower dust and with minimal vertical shells. Flush seal systems must be avoided, and
nonbleeding sealants may be used for rainfall proofing. A façade which is voiced and

A) CURTAIN GLAZING: System Curtain glazing is a protean cladding option with glass

C) HPL (HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE) It's popular for surface cladding, as it can be
exposed to combined action of sun and atmospheric agents including rain, hail, or wind.
These aren't affected by thermal shocks and have the capability to repel extreme climate
changes. Further, these reduce the quantum of water that's absorbed and give protection
against chemical or air pollution.

D) ZINC CLADDING: It is an innovative system which has the rates like long- lasting,
malleable, flexible, and aesthetically appealing.

E) STEEL CLADDING: A variety of sword factors may be used in ultramodern facade
systems, similar as Steel penciled wastes and compound(sandwich) panels, Flat and

J) PANEL FRAME FACADE Panel facades are framed by mullions on the perpendicular
edges and transoms on the vertical edges. Mullions and transoms are thermally broken to
help cold bridging through the element so that condensation does not do. Unitized curtain
walling is identifiable by the presence of split mullions and transoms on the panel

L) PRECAST CONCRETE FACADE Precast architectural panels are also used to
