List of Questions:

1. According Conger and Kanungo (2018) Charismatic leaders empower their subordinates by
providing opportunities to accomplish difficult tasks. Give one example on how charismatic leader
utilize this trait (15 Points).

2. Using a multifactor leadership questionnaire (MLQ), Bass developed a model for

transformational leadership consisting of behaviours, namely, idealized influences, inspirational
motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. Describe through example of
real transformational leader out there on how utilizing these 4 traits (20 points).

3. there are 7 characteristics of charismatic leadership. Describe how charismatic leaders such as
Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and even Adolf Hitler implement these characteristics into
their leadership (25 points).

4. Authentic Leadership is the improvement of transformational leadership. What makes authentic

leadership better than transformational leadership according to experts such as Bill George, Caza
& Jackson, and Northouse (15 Points).

5. Find and describe your analysis of one entrepreneur out there that fulfilled the categories as
good entrepreneurial leadership (25 points).
