 When we talk about mental health, we typically talking about mental illness and
mental disabilities
 From many people, the word mental illness and mental disabilities tends to reflect the
particular kind of syndrome characterized by adulterated behavior and disturb
thinking
 But in fact, when we talk about mental illness, we talked about extremely wide range
of health conditions affect the people across the life course

o Autism and intellectual disability in early childhood
o ADHD and anxiety disorders in middle childhood
o Depression and self-hard behaviors in adolescent
o Psychosis and substance use inn adulthood
o Dementia in old age
