Crime Preventing: Cannibalism
 To have a crime free country, to end the increasing rate of crimes and Making use of the

things that holds equality in maintaining social balance. Philippine is a country that has a large

of people that deals with a lot of Crimes.there has been an increasing number of crimes in the

past few years, The. fact that those crimes are m urder, violence, child pornography, adultery,

Corruption and rape make it more disgusting and sinister. Criminals behind These crimes are

selfish and considered as animals,. they deserve to be Tortured and. executed. in the most

inhuman way possible the equal crime those committed such crimes is a satistactory or in

short "a must".

Schism between the light and heavy punishment for the criminals first The light punishment

for the criminals who steal,scam and sell drugs in And in order to maintain the balance we are

still going to follow the law and Use court as a judgement and to charge the suspect either they

are innocent Or proven guilty, once the court find out that you are guilty then f it is your His/her

first time doing the light crime then the first offense would be a hard Labor in an island they

have to work for 5 years and earn 1 million to free They have to plant vegetables and fruits and

harvest them to donate in an Orphanage or charities half of the goods will be sell in the market

to earn. We are going to get the funds in bureau of jail management and penology Since we

wont going to use jail for the meantime every month they received 2.4 billion pesos for. jail

renovation for cons food and supply. As for the one who will guard the island we can use the

uniformed personnel Police and Army's for example govemment will pay them since they

receive 57.13 billion in total for their salary, For the second offense they have to work Again

for 10 years and have to earn 3 million and then do the same process as The first offense ,

And if the criminals reach their quota will give them half of their profit to Start a new life and
get them back to their homes.

And for the heavy punishment for those criminals who committed crimes such as Murder,

violence, child pornography, adultery, corruption and rape,we are going to send the criminals in

an island Where the cannibals live ( just to be we aren't going to inform the cannibals That we

throw someone to their Island ) for the first offense they have to survive In that island for 3

days and get them after that to be freed but we doesn't have The insurance if that person will

still be alive after three days.and a Five days of survival for the 2nd offense in heavy crimes.

Lastly. for the 3rd offense for both heavy and light punishment if they decided to repeat

their crimes for the 3rd times,we are going to throw them in the cannibal island and let them

be Eaten. As for the island we are going to use Camiguin, Northern Mindanao for cannibals

and its brother island for place where the hard laborer criminals will plant vegetables and

fruits Its a free island and no one owns it. For Guard we are going to get a special task force a

well trained one to guard in the brother island where the boarderline should be settled. once

a cannibal cross the boarder line they will be shot immediately so they wont escape and bring

scare to the people outside the line,as for Cannibal people we are going to ship them from

fiji,we can also use the Mãori people of New Zealand,Caribs South American,and. Indonesian

New Guinea,we also have to ask for other countries partnership for extra funds for shipping and

making them a village to stay and other Countries can make use of our policies too, You don't

have to worry about cannibals eating each other because after being snipe with tranquilizer we

will plant micro chip in their brains also So that they'll get electrified everytime they will think

about eating a comrade.

Based on our research there is no define law against cannibalism, to have a crime free
country, to end the increasing rate of crimes and making use of the things that holds equality in

maintaining social balance , we came up with a scheme that respects both parties and. their

beliefs and opinions, this proposal doesn't break any law because there is no define law against

cannibalism yet. This is considered taboo, forbidden but if this whole thing would benefit my

people why not use it to fight crimes and free your country from it.
