Reaction paper about otlum case

After watching the viral video of otlum I feel sad not because I was carried
away since he was crying and such but because the fact that some people really
don’t hesitate to say what's on their mind even though they know that it can ruin
others. Some people judge a person without knowing the whole story which can
make things more complicated. Yes its true that otlum is liable for theft because
according to Article 308 “theft” Theft is committed by any person who, with intent to
gain but without violence against or intimidation of persons nor force upon things,
shall take personal property of another without the latter's consent. But still we
cannot deny the fact that otlum has a mental disorder that can make him be
exempted to his criminal liability. Psychosocial is otlums’ disability if he was proven
to be insane or deprived of reason by the time of the commission of the crime he will
be exempted from criminal liability but civilly liable. If at the time that the crime was
committed and otlum acted during lucid interval or the period of time between
regaining consciousness after a short period of unconsciousness otlum will be held
criminally liable. But since the offended party didn’t file a case against otlum and
decide to resort in much more easy way, both parties agree to make up and forgive
each other’s mistakes.
