25 P.S. § 3050; DOS - Provisional Voting Guidance
Procedure: the voter must complete the section on the ballot
envelope labeled Voter Information, Voter Affidavit and Current
Address in front of election officials. The voter then receives and
marks the ballot, seals it in the secrecy envelope and places it in
the provisional ballot envelope.
First time voters who cast a provisional ballot because they lacked
approved ID should return to the BoE ASAP with their ID. The
deadline is within 6 days of the election.
Provisional ballot voters can check that votes were counted at 833-
VOTESPA (1-833-728-6837) or on www.votespa.com/provisional.
