Support your answer with examples 3

Ans:

Yes! I’m agree, a leader can influence the conflict handling of his team. A great leader can
handle conflict with better way and can increase team performance.
For Example: Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) is the biggest example in the front of ours. They are
the great leader of the Muslim ummah and very influential person. They was handled conflict
with better way than others.

Q. No. 2 why collaborative style of conflict handling is the best? Give some examples from
organizational environment? 3

Ans:

The collaborative style sees conflicts as problems to be solved in creative ways. A collaborating
style aims for resolutions to address everyone’s concerns. This style helps build trust, respect and
relationships all key for a healthy team and this style can improve your team’s relationship to one
another. The flip side of the collaborating style is that can take a long time and a lot of energy.
Every conflict doesn’t require this approach.
For example:
There are two crew work in organization and one always gets to use the better tools. The crew
using the mediocre tools is resentful because they don’t feel their manager respects them or what
they do. When you hear both sides of the issue, you grasp what’s happening and which team
members are using which tools, and why. Armed with this information, you can now reallocate
the tools according to usage rather than crew, so both parties now feel they have what they need
to work more productively.

Scenario-based questions

You desire your work team to complete an urgent project within the next two weeks otherwise
you may lose your client. Doing so will necessitate a great number of extra hours.
In the past, all of the individuals involved have expressed dislike for overtime and have gone to
great lengths to avoid it. You need to think of a strategy that will persuade your team to work
extra hours again.

Ans:

Will use competition style because both side opposite win or lose situation, manager give high
bounce to work team and compete this competition and get the work done.

Q. No. 4 How can you use collaborative style to get the work done? 2

Ans:

Manager can use collaborative style when they will more cooperative and assertive and give
extra bounce because the need get the work urgently. If they use collaborative style so can
increase work performance.
