Relational dynamics that contributes to the conflict between John Wall and Bradley
Beal
John Wall and Bradley Beal are two players of Washington Wizards players who are heavily
relied upon by their team mates for the success of the team on the court. The fact that they do
not like each is a dynamic relational factor which can be attributed to being the cause of the
conflict between the two players. The conflict seems to have started inside the court after
some misunderstanding on each other play. The fact that they did not talk to each and started
arguing exacerbated the conflict between them. Going to much deeper details about their
dislike of each other, it can be seen that money was the main contributor of them disliking
each other which then contributes a relational dynamics that worsened their conflict. In my
view, the fact that Beal signed a max extension which made him the highest paid player in
Washington Wizard can be seen to be the main cause of the conflict between Bradley Beal
How the conflict between Bradley Beal and John Wall can effectively be managed.
The conflict between the two can only be resolved by them coming together and addressing
the issue and the cause of their dislike. Continues argument between the two just widens the
gap of conflict which affects the success of the Washington Wizards since they are

cornerstones for Wizard. Also, having a coach who understands their conflict and who can
help them talk to each other is another way that alleviates the conflict between the two.
