    NEOM PROCEDURES AND STANDARDS

    IFC EXPORT FROM REVIT


     Open 3D View (3D_ IFC_Export) or (3D_Navisworks_Export) and make sure all links and CAD
    Imports are switched off,

    Then from the File menu / Export/IFC.

     From the Export IFC window choose >In-session Setup< / Modify Setup
     From General Choose IFC Version 2x3 Coordination View 2.0 and Shared Coordinates

     From General Choose File Header Information / Project Adress and Fill in all required
    Project detail Information.
    File Header Information

    Project Adress
     From Additional Content Choose Export 2D Plan View / Export Only Element visible
    in view with sub-section Export Rooms in 3D Views.

     From Property Sets Choose Export Revit Property Set / Export IFC Common
    Property Sets.
     From Level of Details Choose High

     Click OK and then Export


     File should look like this after exporting and opening IFC file
