1 Introduction

1.1 PURPOSE

The purpose of the User Acceptance is to facilitate completion of the IT Equipment

enhancement Service by Cloud Vision Technology Sdn Bhd (henceforth known as
“CloudVision”) in performing service as contracted by Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd
henceforth known as “Customer”). The processes defined are intend to meet the
requirements as specified and agreed in the SOW document.

1.2 SCOPE

The test is conduct based on the Acceptance Plan and Procedure listed below.

1.3 OBJECTIVE

The objective of conducting the Acceptance Test is to verify and demonstrate that the IT
equipment meets the requirements as specified in the agreed quotation.
