Access to the starter fault disable relay may be gained by removing the cabin aisle floorboard forward of the main spar. (On the King Air 90 and 100 series airplanes except B100 which have a starter control panel the starter relays and the battery relay are located immediately inboard of the nacelle and af of the wing stub leading edge in the RH wing stub only. (On all airplanes with an alr cooled battery, the battery air cooling vent solenoid is located inboard of the FH nacelle and aft of the wing stub leading edge in the RH wing stub. B100 airpianes have two battery air ‘cooling vent solenoids with an additonal one located in the LH wing stub. (On 8100 airplanes, serials BE-17 through BE-22, the only modification required is the adcition of transzorbs to the starter control panel. For these serials perform only steps 1, 2, 11 and 13 in the ACCOMPLISH MENT INSTRUCTIONS. 4. Tum off all electrical power. 2. Remove the center aisle floorboards andlor the access panels to galn access to the applicable components described in the above NOTE. ‘3.
