AJ Power can offer remote communications options on gensets fitted with InSight3200, 4000,
6000 and ATSc digital control systems. Remote communication can give many advantages
including reducing the need for site visits, minimising downtime, prioritising maintenance and
alarm notification.

insight3200
For the InSight3200 controller platform, a GSM/GPRS* card or an Ethernet communication card
can be connected directly to the controller, offering:

• Easy accessibility to multiple generators’ data from any computer/smartphone with an

internet connection.
• Full remote control of gensets, including starting and stopping, via LiteEdit software.
• The capability to receive immediate text messages or emails with data and alarm
information.

insight4000/6000
For the InSight4000 and InSight6000 controller platforms used in advanced/higher specification
projects, a netbiter module can be used as the gateway for remote communication. The netbiter
offers the following features:

• Remote communication via GSM/GPRS,

Ethernet, LAN and internet.
• Easy accessibility to data
• Genset starting/stopping either with or without
load run.
• Acknowledgement and clearing of active and
past alarms
• Capability to receive immediate text messages
or emails with data and alarm information
