What did you learn from Christopher Kelley's story?

From Christopher Kelley's story, I've learned that starting a business requires knowing what you want to
achieve, believing in yourself, and giving it everything you've got - from man hours to money. In the
beginning, you must give it your all. When others doubt you, you may be the only one who believes in
what you're doing. Furthermore, I've discovered that being a successful entrepreneur necessitates
business agility, or the capacity to learn and adapt to new methods, processes, or technology that can
help their company grow and become more efficient. Market demands have always been fluid: both the
corporate and consumer worlds are always evolving, and what worked years, if not months ago, may not
work tomorrow.

In your opinion, do you think that success in entrepreneurship is sometimes based on luck?
Why or why not?

- It's true that entrepreneurship success is based on luck, because no matter how hard you work, how
dedicated you are, or how passionate you are, if it's not meant for you, it will never be meant for you.
For example, most Filipinos possess the attributes of an entrepreneur; however, as you can see, Filipinos
continue to struggle since they are not successful in the business world. I believe that success is a result
of fate. Many individuals have a lot of wacky ideas, but not everyone can be wise.

Give ways on what Bad Newz BBQ implement to promote sustainability.

- Because you can't implement sustainable practices throughout the entire facility at once, the
best way to promote sustainability in Bad Newz BBQ is to keep improving. Begin with certain
locales and, once you've mastered them, move on to identifying opportunities in other business
areas. The enterprise's many vertical and horizontal networks will communicate with each
other. This is where you might discover the next opportunity. Adopt sustainable buying
techniques and keep a constant eye on the supply chain. Determining a clear aim is also
important. A clean sustainability goal is essential since it will offer you with a road map to
follow. Avoid confusing or imprecise dreams because they will only serve as a speed bump in
the process. Sustainability aspirations will differ from one company to the next, and you will
need to innovate accordingly. Make your company's sustainability a focal point. Maintain
consistency in your project and perception, and conduct your business accordingly. Finally,
allocate your resources appropriately. You can't expect to run a long-term business without
allocating the necessary resources, such as people, time, tools, and money. Gather the

want. Consult with your team, especially project managers.
