AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT

COUNCIL (BDC) EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND SECRETARIAT OF
BARANGAY PINDANGAN EAST, ALCALA, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, pursuant to RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local

Government Code of 1991, mandates the Barangay Development Council as the primary
planning unit in determining the over-all development in the barangay.

WHEREAS, said law further outlines and defines the composition and
functions of the said council.

WHEREAS, Section 111 (3) of the Local Government Code of 1991

confers upon the Executive Committee to represent the Barangay Development Council and
act in its behalf when it is not in session.

WHEREAS, said law further outlines and defines the composition and
functions of the said Executive Committee and Secretariat.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Punong Barangay HONNIBAL D. GABRIEL

of Barangay Pindangan East, Alcala, Pangasinan, by the powers vested in me by law do
hereby order the following:
