Instruction

1. The Portfolio will serve as performance task 1. This will be done by group; you
must compile the 3 assessment activities that will be coming from lesson 1-3 of
this quarter.
2. The portfolio should have a cover and should be compiled creatively. The
deadline of Portfolio per group is on December 2, 2022.
3. The 3 assessment activities will serve as written work 1. The total score of it will
be 30/30.

Rubrics for Portfolio Making

Content - 15 Content is accurate and all required
activities were presented in an accurate
manner. No missing activities.
Portfolio Creation - 10 Portfolio cover has clear and concise
design that is appropriate in the activity.
The design is pleasing and with
originality.
Mechanics - 5 The instructions were followed
accordingly
