or 3 of FPP-P-70L. Exterior coating of the pails shall be required. Wire
hsmdles or bails shsll bs treated to resist corresion.

as specified (see 6.2) of PPP-D-729. Exterior coating of the drums shsll
be required. Unless otherwise spscified in the contract or order, the coating
shell conform to TT-S-LB5.
