After getting acquainted with the conditions and requirements stated in the notification
about the purchase, as well as documentation related to the procurement procedure

informing about the consent of taking part in the procedure of executor (contractor) selection
Confirming our consent to meet all the terms and the requirements of the Tender if our
Proposal, will be selected as a winner of the Tender.
Also we are confirming our consent to meet the following terms:
a) All expenses or any other charges incurred as a result of the preparation to the Tender
or as a result of the participation in the Tender shall be borne by and paid by the tender participant;
b) The Purchaser shall have the right not to accept any of represented Proposals. The
Purchaser shall not accept the Offerer’s claims and shall not take property liability or any other
responsibility due to the refusal of the Proposal or any of Proposals. The Purchaser is not obliged
to make any comments due to the rejection of the Proposals;
c) The Proposal with the best price, technical or other requirements is not obliged the
Purchaser to accept it as the winner of the Tender.
Hereby we confirm that all statements, warranties and information set forth in the
represented Proposal are complete, accurate in all details and match the reality. Also we confirm
our readiness to sign and execute a contract according to the terms and the requirements specified
in our Proposal and the terms and the requirements agreed during subsequent negotiations if our
Proposal occurs to be the winner of the Tender.
