The 1st Semester 2023 of 6th monthly Company’s lifting equipment inspection & Contractor’s lifting equipment
audit campaign will be performed in period of

16 Nov 2022 to 31 Jan 2023

Therefore, kindly gather all lifting equipment used at Company’s worksite under your responsibility and
request to:

1. Sites Inspection Supervisors for Company’s lifting equipment inspection

SPS/INS Supervisor at ext. 5186 / 5281

BKP/INS Supervisor at ext. 5982 / 5284
HCA/INS Supervisor at ext. 7273 / 7195
CPU/INS Supervisor at ext. 9236 / 9272
SPU/INS Supervisor at ext. 8819 / 8845
NPU/INS Supervisor at ext. 8130 / 8106

2. HDL Inspection Superintendent at ext. 6540 or Crane Inspectors at 6223 for Contractor’s lifting
equipment audit.

There will be 2 valid color codes during the campaign period (existing color code i.e. YELLOW RAL 1007and
next color code i.e. GREEN RAL 6018).

When campaign period is over, the only valid color code for all lifting equipments is GREEN RAL 6018 and
WHITE Color for Infrequent use lifting equipments.

List & schedule of dedicated personnel who will carry out lifting equipment inspection can be seen in the
attachment.
