1.0 SCOPE
The scope of this document is to list out the NDT/PWHT operators to be engaged for performing
the Non Destructive Testing (NDT) & Post Weld Heat treatment (PWHT) on Piping Spools
Fabrication in Ruwais Refinery West (RRW) Units Restoration Project” (hereinafter referred to
as “PROJECT”).
2.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to submit the list of NDT operators along with the
supporting documents for the review/approval of Contractor and Company.
3.0 REFERENCES DOCUMENTS
This procedure shall be read in conjunction with the requirements of 6148-E1-EPC-PA-00314

'Numbering Procedure for Site Quality Documents'.
