● Need 30 semi-trained panelists

● All team members will done their task as expected
● Laboratory room and equipment must be borrowed from 1-2 weeks before use
● All budgets need to be used carefully
● The temperature of yogurt need to remains stable during the bacteria
development
● Soy milk will be made using soybeans from the market
● The bacteria used are in a package or referred as yogurt starter
● All of the equipment used need to be as aseptic as possible in order to avoid
contamination
