 ABOUT DMC

DMC – Derma Master Class was founded in 2019 as an organization under

the umbrella of Venus Society – Egyptian Society for Women’s Health. DMC
has set itself the goal of scientific development and practical implemen-
tation of the subject of skin and venereal diseases. Our main purpose is to
contribute to the study and progress of Dermatology, through continuing
medical education of medical practitioners in the field of dermatology. That
is why we have created The DMC Concept as “A New Educational Era”. Our
education is being conducted through the organization of activities such
as; Courses, Workshops, Symposia, Congresses, Conferences, Research and
Teaching Meetings, of an eminently scientific nature.

The specific aims of the DMC are as follows:

1| To define the necessary competencies and boundaries of dermatology and
dermato-venereology professionals and the services they offer.
2| To improve knowledge concerning the scientific basis of skin and its dis-
eases so that the medical community, government organizations, healthcare
providers, patients and society in general may be better informed.
3| To promote the highest possible standards in prevention, diagnosis and
treatment of skin diseases.
4| To develop and maintain high quality in dermatology teaching and train-
ing programs.
5| To provide independent advice and facilitate communication between
dermatologists and European organizations concerned with improving the
quality of skin care including industry, academia, government, patient orga-
nizations and society.

The Mission of the DMC is to create a global community for the open
exchange of knowledge and innovation by physicians specializing in Der-
matology. Through our ongoing educational activities and by establishing
a higher standard of care, people living around the world will benefit from
safer, more effective dermatology treatments.

DMC’s Vision is to be a premier Dermato-Venereology Organization with

the important aims of leading to improved quality patient care, continuing
medical education for all Dermato-Venereologists.
