Durmazlar/Customer Laser Final Quality Control is made and

recorded according to criteria of F.505 Final Control Report
(Laser).

1. Final Control

1.1 Testcuttings

The maximum sheet metal thicknesses that the laser machine

can cut off and they are checked. The following table shows
the maximum metal sheet thicknesses that can be cut.
According to this table, the maximum metal sheet thicknesses
are cut by an appropriate cutting program and the cutting
quality is controHed. Also lmm folio metal sheet cutting
control is provided for each machine. According to the
customer's request; Cutting controls of Copper, Brass and
Hardox materials are also made. The machine cannot pass the
final control if it cannot cut the specified maximum
thicknesses.

1.2.2 Parallelism part measurement

The drawing on the left side is prepared so that the lengths of
Al and A2 are lcomm. It is cut from lmm stainless metal
sheet. If length of Al and A2 are not within ± 0.02mm , the
machine cannot pass the final control.

1.2.3 Perpendicularity part measurement

The picture on the left shows a picture representing the top
and bottom surfaces of the thickest Mild Steel cut piece
according to the capacity of the machinethe top surface and
bottom surface of the cut part are measured with the help of
calipers in order to be able to carry out the perpendicularity
control. In order to be able to accept the piece, it must be
within the dimension tolerances of the table shown below.
Parts which are not within the measurement tolerance can

pass the final quality control..

8mm - 12mm

14mm - 15mm max. error<= 0.35mm

16mm -25mm max. error<= 0.6mm

1.2.4 Measurement of Fly-Cut part

The illustration is a sample drawing for the fly-cut test. After
the fly-cut cut is made on the machine fromlmm stainless
steel metal sheet, circularity control of the circles is done.
Accordingly, the acceptance criterion for a diameter of 10 mm
and a diameter of 6 mm is as follows.;

2!OT6loiilv.fro
Durmaz)ar I c.ustomer F.inal coutrof DURMA

Diameter of lomm should be between 9.80mm and 10mm,

Diameter of 6mm should be between 5.80mm and 6mm.
The machine which cannot provide these measurements
cannot pass the final control.

1.3 Option control

The options to be checked for each machine are shown in the
table below.

1.4 Version control

There are versions specified for each machine by Mechatronics
Division. The purpose is to register these versions and to
upload the appropriate version back to the machine when the
customer experiences a problem with it.The registered
versions are shown in the table below.

machine cannot pass the final control until the problem is
solved..

1.7 Laser interferometer measurements

Laser interferometer provides precise, repeatable and
traceable measurements at the very highest level using
externally mounted optical components. For this purpose, we
set up our axes with a maximum of 20u accuraey by using the

pitch error compensation program to ensure the accuracy of

the axis movements of our machines and to minimize the
space of the racks we use.
