1.1 Disassembly
• Before the machine is dismantled, the bolt boxshould be

prepared and the screws removed should be placed and


then the bolts should be classified according to the places
of use.
• The body parts should be dismantled in the following

sequence.

- Right and leftclickfit side panels are dismantled.


- The body 9 is removed from thejointsofthe right and left

rear masts and removed.


I Upper bodyskirt numbered 8 is separated from right rear

mast and middle mast.


• Dismantlethebodyloinasameway.
• Whenthebodylland7isdismantled,themiddlemast

will be craned with a rope. Then the body 11 and 7 are


dismantled from their joints.

• The front door is closed to dismantle body6 and dismantle

from the joints at the back of the door.


- The front right mast 2 and the left front mast are

dismantled from door fastening carcass and the body 23 ..


I The removed bolts and extra bolts are collected in a

certain place and then packed separately according to the


usage.

• The front door is moved tothe center position. The axes

are brought to the area where the fixing apparatus can be


mounted.
I Shuttletablesaretakenout.
I The energy iscut offbyturning off the laser machine.
- Thechain knobisremovedfromitsslotbyusing13 mm

wrench..
I Disassemble ZIMM protection body.
- Remove electrical and pneumatic connections between

shuttle table and body.


I Disconnectthe coolerand the resonatorwaterconnection

hoses. FF IN and FF OUT hoses are packed up by closing


their mouths.

• Filtergalvanized hoses are removed.

1.2 Protective oil application


I Surfacestreated in xl and x2 axes must be lubricated \..'it:-.

I The surfaceson which the tables move on the bodyare to

be lubricated.
I The treated surfaces must be lubricated, except forthe
racks and the seating surfaces of the slides on the Y axis.
• Six corner rails are lubricated with protective oil.

- Chain motormount plate and fixation mount plates are

lubricated.
• Six corner railson the shuttle table and itsaround are

lubricated.

lubricated..
-Finally, exposed bolt heads and treated surfaces are

checked and lubricated.

• Yaxis fixingsheet bar ismounted on x2 axis and Y axis.
I The bridge support piece isassembled.
• Fixing sheet barsof shuttletable are connected to the

tables.
• Packaging carrier, stretch and foam naylon are prepared..
• The laser machine isalso disassembled as described in the

installation instructions. The bodies are stretch-wrapped..


I Put foam nylon between the bodies placed inthe boxes.

Once the bodies are placed in the boxes, the boxes are
taped and wrapped with stretch.
Nylon is laid on the shuttle table and wrapped with stretch.

round is wrapped with strech.

1.4 Loading

• The packed machine is loaded into the trucksvia lifting

apparatus.
• Body and surrounding units should be prevented from

sliding by wedging.

• The parts which have riskoffalling should be secured with

ratchet strap.
