1. Introduction
1.1 Project overview
The goal of our project is to create a mobile app which aids blind people with indoor
navigation. The app will be created for the Android operating system using the Java
programming language for one hallway in ECSS on the third floor as a proof-of-concept
application. Various stakeholders will need to be considered when it comes to
developing this application such as the blind people, caregivers/family members, and
emergency medical services.

1.3 Updates
WRS has been updated with diagrams and sections have been redone to add more
details. Vision Document has been started and certain sections have been finished but the
document is not done. Process Specification still is not started because of the priorities of
members. Slideshow and questionnaire has not been altered as of yet. Plans to work on the
project over the Thanksgiving break.

November 8, 2022
The team met online and discussed the distribution of work during Phase II of the
project. The team discussed types of documents that require reorganization and types of
diagrams required for each document.
