From the video (how to design your life), make your own assessment on how you
can process your own goals in life.

Goals in life are necessary for me to keep striving in life. There are different ways to
process my goals in life as I’m not only doing it for myself but also for the people that
surrounds me like my family and friends. Success is what I hope for in the near future, to
meet that, here are some assessment that I’ve listed in order for me to process my goals
in life.

Focusing on my goal
- Assessing what I want in life is the first think of on processing my goals in life. You
can’t be meeting your goal if you don’t know where you’re going. So first, I must
assess what I really want in life.

Doing things that makes me happy


- As much as I want to meet my goal, I also want to enjoy the journey of it. I want it to
be fun while the process of meeting my goal is ongoing. I must be happy to keep me
passionate in what I do.

Accepting that days are not always good


- Although as much as I want to keep striving to reach my goals. Not all day is a good
day. There are times that I’ll feel down but I have to keep in my mind that it is normal
and it will pass as tomorrow might be a good one. There is always tomorrow to keep
hoping for the days to feel better.

Build your support system


- In this journey, I have to keep a support system that’s going to help me along the
way to help me process my goals in life. It might be my friends, family or a significant
other as long as they motivate me to be the better person and supports what I want
in life then so be it.
