As a future Art Teacher, why do you need to use bloom's taxonomy?

As a future teacher, I created a common language for teachers to discuss and exchange learning
and assessment methods. The taxonomy can be used to derive specific learning outcomes, but it is most
commonly used to assess learning on a variety of cognitive levels. Each cognitive level, from higher- to
lower-order thinking, is defined in the table below. The goal of using Bloom's taxonomy as a teacher is
to encourage higher-order thinking in their students by building up from lower-level cognitive skills.
