Ref: -Construction of Different Buildings and site work in Hawassa University at Dayye Campus, Lot 2

Subject: - Difficulty of Accessing the site due to inconvenience with the contractor 's security
guards & the contractors failure to assign professionals.

It is known that you have request us to prepare a certificate for the value of the work done, to
prepare remaining works document for tendering and to facilitate the whole termination
proceedings through reference number HU/02/4663/22 on date 10/01/22.

However, since the end of December 2021 none of professionals have been full time present
on site and we couldn’t access to facilitate the termination process due to inconvenience with
the contractor's security guards.
It is also recalled that we have request the contractor to assign professional on site through
reference number YACAE/RE01/21/22, YACAE/0155/22 on date21/01/22 and 28/01/2022.
In addition to do that this makes it difficult for us to accomplish our daily routine and we have
recently received reports of theft of construction materials &other equipments from site.

Therefore, we request your good office for a direction on the issue & your immediate action is
compulsory for the proper follow up and fulfillment of your request.
