This is also needs to be mentioned, my father ……………. also have financial means to
provide support to me and my family if any contingency arises. His Assets and Financial
evaluation documents have also been provided ( Evaluated by an authorized CA firm). He
holds liquid cash /movable assets of BDT …………. ( equivalent of $ …………..) and
immovable assets (land and 4 storied building) valued BDT …………….. ( equivalent of
$…………) the details of the asset evaluation document are attached in the financial proof
section. He also collects house rental amount around BDT …………….. per month.

Special Note on Income Tax Papers

Due to shortage of space, I have uploaded My and My Spouse’s Income tax related
Documents in the Medical section. I would like to clarify, that I was not able to collect the
certified tax assessment paper for both of us due to shortage of time and a recent introduced
complex process by the income tax office. The new process will take 5-8 working days to
collect certified copies. As I have very limited time and already fell behind the process thus
my spouse and I are submitting the current year’s and previous year’s Tax submission
Certificate and Receipts. I am solemnly vowing that the source of money is generated from
our Jobs since 2007. Every penny we have declared are generated from our salary, PF and
bonuses over the last 13 years. I hope and pray this will not create any inconvenient context
regarding our future decision.
